What Happened:
After.... something happened, Shinjiro has moved out of the dorms he once lived in. He's living on the streets now, pretty much living like a hobo. "This is how it should be," he thinks. "This is what I deserve." He has a power, the power of Persona, but he doesn't trust it anymore. Not after...
And then he hears about a group of people. Like him, they have Persona... But their power is different from his. They could never control it at all, not even with as tenuous a grasp as his. That's why they use suppressants to control it, to keep it from coming out.
Hearing that, it's all Shinjiro wants. It's a way to make his power go away, so... that won't happen again. So he approaches the trio known as Strega, and he makes a deal with them. All he has to do is pay them once in a while, and he can have some suppressants.
