It's Shinjiro and Akihiko's first year of high school, and Akihiko's joined a new dorm-- and an extracurriclar club known as SEES. Shinjiro shows up at the dorm and refuses to leave, insisting on joining SEES as well. Akihiko had some misgivings, but Shinjiro got his way in the end.
