What Happened:

FeMC: "Wanna go for a bite?"

Shinjiro: "...What, with me? Okay... I don't know any fancy places, though."

[ They go out to eat at the Iwatodai strip mall's ramen shop, "Hagakure". ]

Shinjiro: "Sorry for bringing you here. I don't know that many places to go out to eat."

FeMC: "Why are you apologizing?"

Shinjiro: "Why...? It's... Never mind." [ Shinjiro shrugs slightly. ] "Well, let's eat. Watch the soup, it's hot. Phooooo... Ow..."

FeMC: "What's wrong?"

Shinjiro: "...Forgot I had a cut in my mouth. It's 'cause Aki punched me. Sheesh, that guy's gotta learn how frickin' heavy a boxing champ punches..."

FeMC: "Were you two fighting?"

Shinjiro: "Well... yeah." [ Shinjiro seems to be feeling a little awkward... ] "...I gave him a little 'lecture' on how his fighting style's too reckless, and this is what I got in return. Well, we get in fights all the time. Just get used to it."

FeMC: "Please try not to fight him."

Shinjiro: "All right, all right, stop glaring at me like that." [ Shinjiro seems to be feeling awkward... ] "But man, you're actually younger than him...? ...... We're lucky that you're such a reliable leader." [ Shinjiro talks in a way that sounds like he's being mocking, but he's being serious. ] "...Oww. ..... That reminds me... I cut the inside of my mouth the first time he punched me, too. I couldn't eat for a while because of that."

FeMC: "When did that happen?"

Shinjiro: "...We were kids. I forget why." [ Shinjiro is laughing nostalgically. Then he sighs. ] "This just ain't gonna work... I'll have to wait until it cools down."

[ The two eat together, then return to the dorm. ]
